How to Get the SPC / MSL Code With or Without Root

Here is a simple guide to obtain the SPC / MSL Code for your Motorola Photon 4G.

1) Get Radiocomm HERE

2) Install that Radiocomm Program on your PC

3) Plug your phone into PC and slide down the Top Notification Bar

4) Select MTP Phone Portal

5) Open the RadioComm program and go to MAIN / MA / CDMA1X / and Select WIMAX (MSM 6800)

6) Go to P2K1

7) Under STELEM / RDELEM, make sure these match
Element ID: 2786
Record#: 0001
Offset: 0000
Length: 000E

Cool

Hit the RDELEM button

9) Under DATA (hex only), Every single digit after 3 is the SPC code. :-)
